In the light of the upcoming World Cup 2010, in South
Africa, a group of ambitious students of Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussels (HUB)
have decided to launch a project called “The Youth of South Africa World Cup
2010” .
Their goal is to
support the less privileged youngsters in the shadow of this worldwide event. The
project involves collecting sport equipments through (sport) schools, sport
clubs and any other volunteers. In order to achieve their aim, they will be in
partnership with a charity organization named “SCORE – Changing life through
sport” that will be in charge of sharing these equipments fairly all over South
Africa. As a sign of
gratitude, this team will organize an informative event on the impact of the
World Cup 2010 on South Africa at any level, involving the culture, habits,
history, etc.
